Helping Children Meet Their Full Potential Faster
Almost NO WAITING for ABA, Physical or Occupational Therapy.

Deante Baker

I graduated from Oakland University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in communications. My journey in the field began that same year when I started working with children with disabilities at Cass Community Services, where I discovered my passion for helping them achieve their goals. In 2015, I joined an autism clinic as a behavior technician and earned my RBT certification later that year. ABA therapy became a central part of my life, and I worked at the clinic for six years. After leaving the clinic, I embarked on a new journey at Troy Schools from 2021 to 2023, where I continued as a behavior technician for two years. Working with children in a school environment was both challenging and rewarding. Upon leaving Troy Schools, I found Caliber Autism and quickly rekindled my love for ABA. This opportunity has rejuvenated my passion for working with children with autism, and I am incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful organization.
