We are proud to announce that Caliber is now in the good company of around 400 organizations with Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) accreditation. BHCOE Accreditation is an earned certification that demonstrates an organization's commitment to quality and continuous improvement in its practice of applied behavior analysis. This accreditation validates Caliber’s excellent work and allows us to set standards for continuous improvement.
Meeting the exacting standards set by BHCOE is not easy and it required serious hard work. BHCOE evaluators accompanied our therapists to get a first hand view of the quality of therapy carried out. Detailed interaction with therapists and staff to gauge their views / feedback on working with Caliber was conducted. Detailed and transparent documentation & best practices, along with evidence of training provided to therapists as well as live interviews that are recorded & analyzed by the evaluation team.
