Fredrica St.Hilaire has worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities since September 2014. She has served as the executive administrative assistant for Washington Autism Alliance & Advocacy. It was there that she learned about the effectiveness of ABA therapy and developed a passion for helping children and their families navigate the challenges of autism.
She continued her education at Simmons University where she obtained an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis and completed her practicum training at the May Institute. Fredrica became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017 and currently serves as the Clinical Director of ABA Services at Caliber Autism.
