Laura was born and raised in Northern Michigan before moving to the Metro-Detroit region in 2011. She began working in the ABA field as a behavior technician in 2015. While working in the field, Laura’s interest grew and she began a Master’s of Education in ABA at Arizona State University.
While working in the field, Laura has had opportunities to work a variety of individuals with autism, Down’s syndrome and other developmental disabilities. Laura’s vast experience includes building and implementing interventions to develop communication, social, and vocational skills, and programs to decrease maladaptive behaviors. She is also passionate about developing individualized family training (yes siblings, too).
