Jason Groth has been a Human Resources Professional for more than 20 years serving small and medium sized businesses in restaurant, financial, education, service, manufacturing, and not-for-profit healthcare industries and in all aspects of HR from compliance and recruiting to leadership and business strategy. His passion is found in bringing a strategic voice to leaders and being a support advocate for employees, helping them discover and overcome barriers to their best selves. Jason and his wife, Marium, love to travel on personal and missions-oriented trips all over the world. Jason and his family live in Grand Rapids, MI.
